Derek Rambousek is Vice President of Operations at Baker Boy Inc, a family-owned manufacturer of premium bakery products in Dickinson, ND.  Derek’s career at Baker Boy spans almost 3 decades, and today oversees Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Freezer-Receiving-Transportation, Scheduling and Quality Assurance-Food Safety teams.  His leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the company’s success.

Derek loves manufacturing and is also an entrepreneur at heart.  He owns Clean Sweep Vacuum Center, Inc, a floor care business in Dickinson, that celebrated the remarkable milestone of 20 years serving southwest ND in September of 2024.  He and his wife, Shannon, also stay busy keeping up with their 3 children, Emily, Bella and Jaxon.
